Moliterno originates from the southern Italian region of Basilicata and is named after a town in the province of Potenza. The cheese is made out of sheep’s milk formed in a basket for about 24 hours and left to age. While it is aging, the Moliterno is rubbed with olive oil to retain its moisture. The pate is firm and crumbles with a rich golden color. Its aroma is a balance of rustic and sweet fragrances. Its flavor is rich and salty with a strong bite.



Taleggio is named after the valley of its origin; the first mention of Taleggio cheese dates back to the 10th century. Today it is still one of the most renowned and refined Italian cheeses. Taleggio is made from local cow's milk and uses five different varieties of mold to create the red stain that gives it its distinct appearance and flavour. Although the aroma is strong, the flavour is mild and has an unusual fruity tang.



Parmigiano is a hard, granular Italian cheese made from unpasteurized cow's milk and matured for at least 12 months. It is aged longer than other ordinary cheese as this process is one of the reasons behind its rich flavour and grainy texture. The flavour and texture are the main reasons why Parmigiano is known as the "King of Cheeses," and Italians don't just use that term to describe any cheese. There are some requirements that must be followed.

Parma Ham 30 months is a dry-cured prosciutto and aged for a minimum of 30 months. Parma ham prosciutto is from the Parma region of Northern Italy. Prosciutto di Parma is popular for its somewhat sweet, nutty flavor. It is famously often paired with Parmigiano cheese. 


Coppa Di Parma is a famous Italian cured meat, it is a hand-salted pork collar that is dry-aged for 2 to 3 months. Coppa di Parma has a classic cylindrical shape and is distinguished by its compact slice, white in the fat part and red in the lean part. This cold cut is most appreciated for its unmistakable taste and versatility in cooking.


Mortadella is an Italian sausage that originates from Bologna Italy. It's made using cured pork cubes that include at least 15% hog fat, whole or chopped pistachios, black pepper, and myrtle berries. The additional fat content gives mortadella its distinctive white "polka dot" appearance. Its main flavour is rich, fatty pork, with notes of spice and pistachio that soften when cooked. It also has a velvety mouthfeel and hearty texture, similar to bologna.
