One of our newest desserts, Crème Caramel All’Arancia. A classic baked caramel custard, silky and light, served with fresh orange segments for a bright citrus note. For a refreshing twist on the Italian classic, Mozza presents Tropical Panna Cotta. It is a blend of coconut and pineapple into a creamy yet vibrant dessert. We serve it with a fresh pineapple salad and a smooth pineapple coulis inside the panna cotta. With every scoop, the sweet and flavourful coulis flows out. A drizzle of aromatic mint oil and a bright green mint leaves rest delicately on top, giving a fresh, vibrant contrast.
